1) Items are generally shipped with 2 business days of payment received. 2) Combined shipping---I will be happy to do combined shipping. Sometimes it is not possible to do technically at check-out time and the whole charge (including separate shipping rates) is done. In that case, I have, at customer's notification, combined shipping and refunded the excess shipping amount to customer. Customers have been most appreciative. 3) International Shipping---I would be willing to ship internationally. Will be happy to provide shipping quote when reqested. However, shipping must be done as priority shipping with insurance and track and confirm.
